A training marketplace and learning management system. Individuals buy online courses and live sessions; organizations create academies for their teams. Courses are built by approved Instructional Designers and sessions are taught by approved instructors.

Find it in the Course Marketplace, open it and choose Buy. Many courses offer a free lesson to try first. After paying you go straight into the course, and it appears in My Learning.

By bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe. A small processing fee that covers the bank payment is shown before you pay and is added to the price. Bank payments can take a few business days to clear; you get access as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Bundles of related courses taken in order, usually at a discount. If you already own some of the courses, you only pay for the rest.

Progress is recorded automatically: lessons count when you've read or watched them, quizzes when you pass, assignments when you submit and classroom sessions when the instructor records your attendance. Your certificate is issued as soon as everything is complete.

Yes, within the limits of our Refund Policy — for example a short window after buying a course if you've used very little of it, and refunds for sessions cancelled well before they start. Processing fees aren't refundable.

In-person classroom and virtual sessions led by an instructor. Some are included with a course; others can be booked on their own. Full sessions have a waitlist, and when a seat opens it's offered to the next person automatically.

Yes. Message an instructor or tell us about your group. The instructor sends a proposal with dates and pricing; once you accept and pay, the sessions are set up for your team.

Every certificate has an ID and a QR code. Anyone can enter the ID on the verification page or scan the code to see who earned it, for which course and when. Revoked certificates are clearly marked.

A training program for a team or department. You choose its courses, buy seats and assign them to your people, who are then enrolled in every course automatically. See For Organizations and Pricing.

One seat costs the total price of the academy's courses, plus a one-time academy setup fee. Seats aren't reassigned once used. Courses you add later are charged for the seats you already have.

Managers and assistant managers, course requests from your people, due dates with reminders, reports (including scheduled custom reports), an organization page for announcements and team events, and messaging.

Apply from For Designers or For Instructors. The one-time application fee is $35, refunded in full if your application isn't approved. You accept the creator terms when you apply.

You set your prices. Xplor-Learning keeps a host fee — 15% as standard — and you keep the rest, including on academy seats. Earnings are paid by direct deposit through Stripe after a short holding period.

SCORM 1.2 and 2004, xAPI (Tin Can), cmi5 and HTML5 packages, PowerPoint (editable slide by slide with voice-over), PDF, video and audio — or build lessons from templates in the course builder. Designers control how learners view content and whether they can skip ahead.

Yes. Approved designers and instructors get a public profile with their bio, credentials, courses, sessions and reviews, listed in our designer and instructor directories.
