Upload Any Format
Upload SCORM 1.2 / 2004, xAPI, cmi5 and HTML5 packages, or PowerPoint, PDF, video and audio. PowerPoints open in a slide editor where you can move items, add media and record a voice-over for each slide.
Set Your Pricing
Offer courses free or set your price, add coupons, and bundle courses into learning paths. Buyers pay by bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe; the small processing fee is paid by the buyer.
Course Analytics
See enrollments, completion rates, quiz scores, time spent and reviews, and build custom reports that arrive by email on a schedule.
Reach Organizations
Your courses are available to individual learners and organizations building academy training programs.
Retain Your Copyright
You maintain full copyright on all content you upload directly to the platform.
Keep Most of Every Sale
Xplor-Learning keeps a hosting fee — 15% by default; your course's rate is shown when it's approved. You keep the rest, paid by direct deposit through Stripe after a short holding period.
How to get started
Apply
Fill out the registration form and pay the $35 registration fee.
Review & Approval
Your application is reviewed by our admin team. You'll be notified once approved.
Upload Content
Once approved, build courses with the course builder: upload content or design pages from 30 templates, add quizzes, assignments, flashcards and a certificate, then submit the course for hosting approval.
Earn Revenue
Learners and organizations buy your courses and you earn on every sale, including academy seats. Earnings are paid by direct deposit after a short holding period.
Key Terms & Policies
Registration Fee
A one-time $35 registration fee is required to apply as an instructional designer. It is refunded if your application is not approved.
Payment & Payouts
Buyers pay by bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe. You connect a Stripe payout account to receive earnings by direct deposit after the holding period; the current hold and minimum payout are on the Pricing page. Payout batches are approved by Xplor-Learning before they are sent.
Copyright & Content Ownership
You retain copyright on content you upload directly to the platform. This does not extend to any other platform assets, materials, or derivative works.
Refund Policy
Refunds follow the published Refund Policy (short window, little of the course used). When a sale is refunded, your share of it is reversed or deducted from future earnings.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the platform owners and administrators. Full terms are presented during the registration process.
User & Customer Policy
All users and customers on the platform are customers of the platform owners and administrators. Designers may not contact users outside the platform or solicit them to other sites or training resources.
Terms of Service
A full contract covering fee structures, terms of service, and all policies must be reviewed and accepted during registration.
