Build events from templates with scheduling, location details, capacity limits, and registration deadlines.

Set Your Pricing

Sessions can be free, included with a course, or sold on their own. Learners pay by bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe, with the processing fee paid by the buyer.

Manage Registrations

See who is registered, approve requests, run a waitlist that offers freed seats automatically, and take attendance. Attendance completes the session topic in the learner's course.

Classroom & Virtual

Host classroom sessions with room details, or run virtual sessions with video links.

Attendance Analytics

Track attendance and earnings across your sessions, collect reviews after each session, and build custom reports.

Private Training & Proposals

Send organizations a priced proposal for private sessions (per learner, per hour or per session, with volume pricing). When they accept and pay, the sessions are created for their team.

How to get started

Apply

Fill out the registration form and pay the $35 registration fee.

Review & Approval

Your application is reviewed by our admin team. You'll be notified once approved.

Create Events

Once approved, create training events from templates, set dates, locations, and pricing.

Teach & Earn

Learners register for your sessions and you earn on every paid seat (Xplor-Learning keeps a 15% host fee). Earnings are paid by direct deposit through Stripe after a short holding period.

Key Terms & Policies

Registration Fee

A one-time $35 registration fee is required to apply as an instructor. It is refunded if your application is not approved.

Payment & Payouts

Learners pay by bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe. You connect a Stripe payout account and are paid by direct deposit after the holding period; the current hold and minimum payout are on the Pricing page.

Refund Policy

Session refunds follow the published Refund Policy: a refund 7 or more days before the start, none after that or for no-shows, and a full refund if you cancel. Refunded seats are reversed from your earnings.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the platform owners and administrators. Full terms are presented during the registration process.

User & Customer Policy

All users and customers on the platform are customers of the platform owners and administrators. Instructors may not contact users outside the platform or solicit them to other sites or services.

Terms of Service

A full contract covering fee structures, terms of service, and all policies must be reviewed and accepted during registration.
